Service Description

Pricing for maintenance visits varies depending on the type of equipment in your home. Pricing is as follows: Oil Burner: $240 - Includes replacement of oil nozzle, oil pump screen and oil filter. - The heat exchanger cleaning. - Inspection of the flue piping and chimney base. - Safety components will be inspected and tested to verify proper operation. - Testing of electrical components - Combustion test to verify that the burner is operating at peak efficiency and performance. - Air filter replacement is an additional fee. Gas and Propane Systems: $140 - Flame proving system will be cleaned and tested. - Condensate system cleaned and tested. - Testing of electrical components - Inspection of exhaust and intake piping - Combustion test to verify that the burner is operating at peak efficiency and performance. - Air filter replacement is an additional fee. Heat Pump, Air Conditioning: $140 - Clean indoor and outdoor coils. - Clean condensate trap and condensate pump. - Check Electric backup heat (heat pump only). - Check motors and capacitors - Verify refrigerant levels are correct. - Air filter replacement is an additional fee. Geothermal: $140 - Clean indoor coil. - Clean condensate trap and condensate pump. - Check Electric backup heat. - Check loop pressure and flow. - Check motors and capacitors - Verify refrigerant levels are correct. - Air filter replacement is an additional fee.
